Interview with Mica Deckard

Mica Deckard is an Assistant Professor at Old Dominion University (ODU) and a daily bicycle commuter. Over the course of our interview he shared many valuable insights into why he rides, the challenges cyclists face, and what could make Norfolk a city where cycling-as-transportation is rightly appreciated. After our interview Mica reviewed his bicycle and discussed the qualities he believes lends to its practicality.
