A robust cycling culture in Norfolk requires every part of its cycling community be united in demanding good infrastructure while encouraging those who wish to ride, whether or not they even identify as “cyclists.”
Norfolk’s future as America’s foremost cycling city likewise depends on getting the entire community onboard. It’s not “us vs them,” but a striving for greatness and benefit of the common good.
NFKBC believes that increased bicycle use can improve our individual and collective lives. In addition to our policy initiatives we work to showcase and connect local everyday cyclists to the city they call home.
